I completed an online survey and was offered a free watch for the cost of shipping and handling. I received a cheap stainless steel watch without any written terms under which I could keep it. I was not satisfied with the band on it so I didn't wear it and I just put it away. A month later I got another cheap watch and I checked my credit card and it had been charged $98 and $49. They refused to accept a return of both watches.
