This company advertises replica designer watches on-line. I purchased Rolex "Seadweller" from them. I did receive a package from the, however it was the wrong watch (it was a Submariner model). And it was very poor quality.
I immediately contacted the company 5 minutes after receiveing andopening the package to let them know about THEIR error. And requested that they correct it asap or refund my money. I did ask them to pay for the shipping cost to return the wrong watch that they sent to me back to them.
They do have a return policy on their website that states they do accept returns within 7 dys (minus shipping) f you are unsatisfied with the product. I was willing to do this if they could not or would not correct their mistake. They were unwilling.
In fact, they tried to tell me that if i attempt to return the item that it would never make it back to them and would be confiscated thus i can not return it. So the return policy is a hoax.
The only remedy would be to pay $30 shipping additional for the correct watch. I said that I only paid around $13 shipping before, so why would I pay $30 for their mistake?! In fact, they should pay shipping cost for their mistake.
Ofcourse, they disappeared and never remedied the situation at all.
Do not buy from them, they are a ripoff and have no return policy. The quality is terrible, and you will get the wrong watch.
