There was a package delivered for me and unfortunately the mail lady put the key in the wrong mailbox. The package was delivered to to office by the people who received it on 11/30 and it sat in the office until 11/30 before the Manager decided to call my son who is the emergency contact for me and let him know there was a package, this only happened when the Post Office opened and official investigation. This community at Sunrise Heights has gone down hill since this new Manager Took over its a disgrace to charge residents lot rent when they do nothing for you. We have a tennis court that you can't use and has never been used in the 5 years that I have been here. Head office needs to investigate the times the office is open they always close early saying they had an emergency
