Found an ad on Facebook for UGG Boots. Went to the page, looked almost IDENTICAL to the UGG boot page - I thought it WAS the UGG boot page!: (My husband bought me a pair of boots for $113 including shipping from (what we thought was) UGG. When the transaction was complete, there was no shipping number, tracking number, order number, phone number, NOTHING. We received no confirmation email either, which I thought was really strange, which started me digging into this. Needless to say, I ended up OVERCHARGED $120.44 and without ever receiving any boots! I (luckily) saved the webpage as a "favorite" and went back to contact them. I received an email back stating that they need an order number, which I NEVER received, that this was the ONLY want to track and confirm an order. I explained I do not have a number and have not heard back from them since! The credit card (VISA) I put it on is not being very cooperative either. I feel like I'm being scammed at BOTH ENDS - the end of shopping online for me. Don't believe anything you read on Facebook! I'm trying to contact them too!
