I ordered a pair of boots on approximately November 23—Black Friday to be exact. I received an email with an order number and tracking number. According to the message, 24-48 hours should be allowed for tracking number to become active with the boots expected to arrive in about 2-3 weeks. When clicking on the tracking number link, it did not work. The boots never arrived.
An email was sent to nomorerack. I received a follow up email with a tracking number stating that my order had shipped—again. When I clicked on the link, I got the same results. Still awaiting the arrival of my boots.
There is no telephone number or fax telephone number to reach a live Customer Service Agent.
NoMoreRack needs to credit my account and deserve to be investigated for their business practices as it seems to be a pattern of complaints and deceptive practices.
