I ordered a pair of UGG boots on 12/26/09, from ugg.org. I used my debit card. I received an order confirmation. I was billed to my debit card. I have never received the boots. I sent an e-mail to try and get a tracking number to enter on their web page on 12/31/09, I got a reply to that asking me what my order number was, I replied to that with my order number and that is the last I have heard. I have sent multiple e-mails, requesting information, a refund etc. I get a generic email reply that they have received my email, but never a resolution. Their "24/7" online help has never been online. MY account information page on their site says my order is "processing", it has been over a month. They have a 15 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, which obviously is false. I have ordered another pair of boots from a different company and already received them as promised. I just want my $72.00 refunded and to let others know not to use this company. Thank you.
