I ordered a pair of NIke Manoa Boots and left specific instructions to not charge my credit card if the boots were in and cancel my order. I received an email confirmation stating my Merchant number, Order number, Price of my order, and Date and time the order was placed, as well as another email stating that my funds had been taken from my credit card.

Three days later I wanted to cancel my order because I did not receive a tracking number for my boots or anything so, I sent an email stating just that. I then received an email shortly after that that my order had been shipped already and I was given a tracking number. I received what I thought was my order three weeks later, but it turned out to be something that I did not order. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG BOOTS!

I went to the company's website to to get the return information and did just as instructed to do, but they still have not sent me the return address to send the boots back to China.

Upon receiving the wrong order, I have made many attempts to contact the company through a 3rd Party mediator who deals with the financial problems, complaints, and other problems that the customer may have. And I have yet to receive a responsee. This is now the 2nd week that I have not received a response from this company's problem solver (company representative) or the company itself.

I just want my money back!
