Directv steals. They charged us for the nfl channel and we didn't even order it. We always autopay so we don't see our bill. I happened to open a bill because we are no longer on auto pay (lost our credit card). They charged us for NFL but won't give refund our money. The customer service department is rude and doesn't care if we want to cancel our service. Does anyone know what we need to do to file a class action law suit? This was a total loss of 180.00
