I'm most disappointed with directv i have been a customer for many years without ever missing a payment. Last year i had become disabled and told directv i could no longer afford their pricing and was told that they could work with me and cut my my bill in half with some applied credits. I was very happy but told them if the credits ended that i could not afford their service, well a year later they sent a bill for the total price and i told them i couldn't do that and they told me previously that the credit would be renewed. They said sorry but if you don't pay it they would directly take it out of my social security income! Is this not illegal i am very sad to here this is the way directv does business.
