We hired The Mortgage Law Group, LLP in hopes to keep our home. They required us to pay 1,200.00 dollars to start the process and 800.00 dollars monthly thereafter. Now, 8 months and 6,800.00 dollars later, we are facing forclosure.
The Mortgage Law Group insists that the delays in the process were because of the lender. Come to find out, the Mortgage Company did not even respond to the lender therefor the lender closed our case in August.
Anyone considering using this company, run as fast as you can, they have no intentions of helping anyone. Call your Local Housing Authority, and State Attorney General. It DOES NOT COST to have a Loan Modification!
