My husband bought a 95 cheyenne last year 6/5/10 and didn't receive registration papers from DMV till Jan. They are so unorganized, Johnny receives payments, and doesn't let the bookeeper know. So, JC sends his repo guys to pick up the truck from my husband's job, which is 1hour away from home. When we go pick the truck up, they charge us 400. For repo and two late payments that they were not able to verify cause Johnny wasn't there. I showed them bank statements of the payments and they took copies of them. Later that week they send me an email crediting me for one payment. We dont have the truck no more as of 2. The insurance claimed it as a total loss after an accident. The insurance took the truck and made a payment to Southridge in total of 2,900. And some. So when I called Southridge to see how much was our balance and that we wanted receipts of all payments, they didn't respond. I also wanted the receipts cause with down payment of 1500.
