Apparently, this company sent me a text message to which I did not reply. When I received my T Mobile bill, this Byte Spike LLC had charged my account $9.99 for an "event" that I did not order. I do not even know what it is. T Mobile will not give me a refund and told me to call 888-665-3823 to get my refund. When I called that number, I was told it was a "processing center" and they'd send me a refund within 3 - 5 days. I seriously doubt that I'll see any type of refund. What a scam. Shame on Byte Spike and on T Mobile for allowing this to get through their system.
