Received my T-Mobile bill in Aug. & Byte Spike LLC had added a $9.99 on 7/17 charge. Checked my messages & found that I had replied "Stop" to their message. Called 1-888-623-7087 & requested a refund on 8/17; was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. As of 9/20 no refund; called again and was told a cust rep would call. Called again on 9/20 & again 3 hrs later and requested a supervisor. Still waiting for call back & refund.
