T-Mobile bill shows $9.99 "premium services" charge. T-Mobile says it was Byte Spike LLC subscription. We never subscribed or even opened the spam text; just deleted it. T-Mobile would NOT credit our bill, said we had to call the "content provider". By now, looking at other complaints, T-Mobile should know this is a scam and automatically block this company. So how do we get our $9.99 back?
