I got my monthly t-mobile bill and noticed there was a fraudelent charge of 9.99 from this Byte Spike Co. T-Mobile refused to remove it, told me it was a 'legitimate' company and I had to deal with them. Called them and they said they would issue a check for 9.99 in the next few days. After I hung up it dawned on me that I gave my name, address and phone number to a company that will try to scam people. Watch out. Probably going to change phone co's since t-mobile refused to remove it.
