Received Premium charge for $9.99 on my T-mobile bill. Byte Spike LLC 18886237087 Event58629.
I had to have the primary account holder on the phone to provide some info. Was able to get good service from T-mobile. Andrew told me he was able to block calls from this service as well as for future premium charges. Was given number to unsubscribe from Byte Spike. 888-665-3823. When I called Byte Spike unsubscribe number, a lady said they will send me a check for the charge and put me on the do not call list.
We will see if all this works...
