A charge began in August on my T-Mobile account for Byte Spike. An inquiry indicated it was for an "app". T-Mobile will not assist with this problem and calls to Byte Spike promised a refund but the following month the charge remained and no refund was ever received. Sounds like a rip-off to me. I believe a new phone service is in order.
