Received a charge of $9.99 on 2 of our phone lines for "subscription services" from "Byte Spike LLc" we did not request. We we're not aware of this until it appeared on our bill. T-mobile removed the charge from our bill but cautioned us to be aware of spam calls that automatically charge us if we do not respond to the call.
There are a lot of complaints against Byte spike
