I notice charge of $9.99 on my T-Mobile bill charged by Byte Spike LLC for download. I did not download anything. Even if I wanted, I do not have smart phone. T-Mobile refused to remove those charges, so I have to pay it. I like to see that law enforcement goes after this company.
