I have had problems with my cricket broadband connection. I have contacted them about this problem in the past, with my modem connection. I have changed my number three times. I went to the store to complain, and was told to conduct a field test at my home, which I did. The problems of connection persisted. I was told by the tester to seek a replacement modem from the company. I asked if the problem with the modem was caused or related to the surveillance system of the building which has a satellite based to it. The company will not answer nor give me a copy of the report on the test conducted. They want me to pay for replacing the modem. I believe that they have aided in the illegal surveillance of my computer which led to the breakdown of the modem. I believe they are in violation of federal and state laws on surveillance.
