Got the cricket broadband. Put in the required stuff to get the rebate. Was notified, that the material I sent was not the requred information, and the rebate was denied. THen, the modem, wouldn't go higher than 2 signal strength bars, and would disconnet without reason at least 3-4 times a day.
Called Tech support, and their tech said the problem would be fixed. It wasnt'. THis continued for 10 months until the modem died, no refund, no insurance. SO I was out $40. And no modem. Worst internet service I have ever known. Don't make the same mistake I did. Nothing about cricket wireless internet is worth spending money on.
