I read about and saw Unlimited internet advertised by Cricket-wireless 3G. The person selling me the connection said it was unlimited. I decided that even though it was the same price as cable i could use it everywhere, so I decided to get a modem and use it for my internet.
It was about half the speed advertised to begin with and within a week the speed became slower than dial-up. Calling customer service only led to someone telling me that I had exceeded my bandwidth and was throttled back. I was only browsing the internet. I was not using anymore than anyone else with "broadband". I demanded a refund for the modem and the pay card and pretty much was told where to go.
"Unlimited Broadband Internet" Means unlimited i don't care how you try to worm out of it Im stuck with a product i would have never paid for had i know this. These people are raking in the cash by ripping off people that can't get regular internet service. I can't believe these people can sleep at night. "Respect" my ass.
