After my client apparently reverted from Cricket 1.0.1.1950 to 1.0.1.1466 she no longer can connect. The version cashes with "cricketbroadband. Exe stopped working." We installed, uninstalled, re-installed, both from the web site and from the modem itself and still get the same message. We updated everything, ran sfc, checked all files for corruption, ran a disk scann, uninstalled, deleted the folders, reinstalled, and the same thing. We found version 1950 and installed it. It opens but cannot find the A600 modem. Device mgr says the modem is fine and we can install DUN without a hitch. It's just that version 1466 won't start and version 1950 can't find the A600 modem (apparently 1950 is for the UM185 modem). My customer says she used this on her system for over 1.5 years without problems. Is there a version of the 1950 software that will work with A600? There must be since that is what was installed before things went haywire.
