I bought Smothers Brothers DVD Collection from liquidation-dvd-shows.com. This is my first time shopping online and quite doubtful after giving them my payment online. It was already past 2 weeks and I still didn’t receive the package. I emailed the company asking where my order is. They informed me that the DVDs I purchased was back-ordered. They suggested two options; they asked me if I still would like to get a replacement shipment since the item I ordered is now available, or if I would like to receive a refund instead. I opt to get the DVDs because I really wanted this entire series. The order arrived within a week. I checked the DVDs in my player and the quality is superior. It came with a very nice packaging and the episodes are all complete. Overall, this box set is really worth waiting for!
