I purchased DESIGNING WOMEN DVDs from liquidation-dvd-shows.com last month. This company showed a lot of assistance when I had troubles with my order. No difficulty while placing the order. They provided shipping information to monitor my shipment. The delivery took 9 days to arrive. I was pleased when I received it finally. I checked the first disc and saw that the disc has good quality, but when I am watching the 2nd disc, it suddenly skipped in the second episode. I checked all the discs and found out that there are 3faulty discs in the whole set. I I tried to email the company to tackle them my problem. They replied to me the next day. They notified me that it’s okay to replace those faulty discs. They asked for the complete list of defective one. After 1 week, I received the replacements. The discs are all working now without bounce. Furthermore, the whole set I receive has superior quality of both audio and video. I am fully satisfied with this whole transaction.
