I had ordered a framed item from sportsmemorabilia.com and was very excited to receive it. Once I received the item, I realized that UPS had damaged my item (even though there were fragile stickers all over the package). Even though it was after hours, I immediately contacted sportsmemorabilia.com and did not expect to be called back for a few days. To my surprise, Pilar Torres contacted me the next morning and told me what I should do. She was so helpful and made the return process simple. I wish that more companies had customer service representatives like Pilar! I will definitely be buying more items from this company.
