Thank Goodness for Francis. I ordered an autographed photo of a sports celebrity to be used a a gift. However when I ordered it they said it would take 5 days. I just decided to call back the next day to talk about it, and I was connect to their customer service representative Francis. She heard my dilemma, and went to work work on it. She called me back a few hours sooner and told me I would receive it 3 days sooner. With that kind of service, I will definitely shop again at sports memorabilia.com!
