Recently I placed an order for several items. During shipping one item was damaged, and due to an UPS delivery snafu I did not receive the other 2 items. Once I contacted sportsmemorabilia.com, I was put in contact with Liana - and she promptly, proactively, and thoroughly took care of all 3 issues. This involved shipment of a new undamaged item, finding a comparable autographed baseball to the one I ordered, and searching for the other item - until she found it. The baseball they found for me was actually an upgrade, and they did not ask me to incur the extra costs. On top of all of that, they issued me a 10% credit for my next order. This isn't just about getting "free stuff" - this is about the appreciation I have for how Liana so professionally handled my situation with the utmost courtesy - what a great representation of a first class organization.
