I’ve purchased sports memorabilia from other online and store front companies in the past and I was sceptical at first having never dealt with this company. Their prices were significantly lower than the other companies I’ve dealt with and I questioned the authenticity of their products.
Not much of a computer geek, I chose to contact the company directly via telephone and the staff member (Joe) I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the product and reassured me that the product I wanted to order would be the one I would receive.
The product was shipped from the USA to Canada in five days with no brokerage/duty fees (USPS) and arrived in pristine condition. I have no questions about the authenticity of the product given that I have several other autographed memorabilia from the same athlete.

If price is the deciding factor as to where you shop, it will be difficult to find another company that can compete and the service cannot be matched.
