I had ordered an NFL helmet and case the case that was sent to me was the incorrect size (shoe or football sized) I contact Sports memorabilia which then I was in the care of Pilar Torres whom helped me with a replacement case, which then was the correct size I had originally ordered. I was very happy with the assistance and prompt replies to my emails as I am so faraway in Western Australia.
