I signed up for a 6 months hosting plan which included Cool Handle creating a web site. The web site was the worst site possible. Before 30 days were up I applied for a refund, several times, under their 30 day guaranteed refund policy. They refused to honor their guarantee, nor even acknowledge my claim. Be warned.
