Ripoff Does not honor risk-free refund

I signed up for a hosting account with midPhase and cancelled well within their 30-day Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee period because I did not like the responsiveness of their support.

However, upon cancellation, they refused to process a complete refund and honor their Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee. Their cancellations department representative Mark was also rude and unprofessional. Be warned when dealing with this company!
