I signed up to host my domain with you on 04/10, and I paid you $100 for the hosting services. Shortly there after, I transferred my domain to another hosting company on 04/23, thirteen days after signing up with you.
The payment term I chose was $300 for one year service, payable in three monthly installments of $100.00 each. Despite your 90 days money back guarantee, you are trying to penalize me for leaving your company by refusing to refund all or even part of the $100.00 I paid you during that 13 days period.
You claim that you only refund for accounts that are paid in full. Is there any need for me to keep paying you for the services that I'll not be receiving from you, only to claim all that money back from you after 90 days when the account is paid in full? If that's the case here let me know, don't just decide to keep my $100, just because you think you can get away
with it. According to your statement below, do you want me to pay you another $200.00, for a total of $300.00, after which you are going to refund it all back to me?
Gentlemen, this's unusually strange. Are you telling me that you will not honor your money-back guarantee (as posted on your site) because I did not pay for the entire year? I wasn't happy with the level of customer service/support you guys offer. Should I have continued to pay you for another two months even after transferring my domain to another hosting company? This is unbelievable.
Gentlemen, I want my money back right away. At the least, you can prorate the cost for the 13 days during which my domain was on your servers. You are not justified to keep my $100 for a 13 days hosting service.
Whatever decision you make, I urge you to respond to this email no later than 48 hours from now, so we know where you stand.
