Under ground Pepco electric transformer in my property. I bought the property in 1975,
I have requested rent... Did not work.
I have requested to move the underground Electric transformer, Repeatedly..
In Oct. 16, Michael Sullivan the Vice president for Pepco
wrote me a letter stating i have to pay to have it removed. Call Debra Woodson at (Personal Info Removed) to move the transformer.
I am converting the space to a Parking lot.
Can I just cover the transformer, the size of the transformer is about 6 feet by 4 feet and it is heavy. That transformer feeds electricity to (Personal Info Removed). Please let me lnow what I can do.
