He ripped me off and blew up my tv

I called and ask if he could fix t. V's he came by said he could fix it i had to pay for parts ok so i gave him the cash he said it would take a week. He comes over puts 2 of the 3 parts in and said he needs a diagram for the 3rd part i waited a week no call so i called he said son was sick then he said the diagram hasnt showed finaly he show put in the 3rd part in and it still didnt work so he told my daughter it needed a transformer. So i call a few days later he said when he put it back togother it blew the transformer and 2 of the picture tubes he told me it was not worth fixing and that i should buy a new tv
