Hello, Well i have had it with att&t. See we bought our house here in ada. We have our own dsl tower. We do not need to wait for as slot to open or such bull they tell you. I paid a 100 deposit to have dsl. They never i mean never turned my dsl on. After six months from hours and hours of phone calls they still say" we cannot serve your area at this time" or place a nother ticket in the making. My sister called because we bought the house from her and her husband. Remind you they paid good money to have a dsl out here. Well she even tried to get it turned back on. Know she called and been promised to be called back still nothing. She and i are filing more then this complaint with att. Because she and i even provided the adress the tower number they have the tech who installed the wiring. They have the other tech stateing yah its a go, everything looks good. So all we had to do was pay 100 dollars. So i did. No money back still no dsl. Same ole story just diff people at the 18002882020. They still say there is no service out at your area! I mean come on! You have all the info you needed, you said monday between 8am and 8pm dsl will be activated that was like six months ago, we went and bought our own modem. And today is aug 17th it has litarly been 1 year, we still cannot get our money back or even explain to them about were our tower is. They still keep going 2 miles at the wrong adress location. All those years of my sister paying monthly bill with bundle phone and dsl. They do not even know a tower and we exsisit. We call we get switch to diff poeple left and right. We get told 100 diff stories just to satisfy your needs at the time to get you off the phone. Never will i recommend att for noone. We are retired us army and used att for 20 years. Today i will be using satalite internet instead, or a someone else even if they are more exspensive.
