Computer Pros
Took my Dell Tower to Computer Pros because the fans were to loud. A sales man said would fix it, in the mean time I bought another Dell tower which another sales man swore up and down It worked great

Took my 6000.00 Dell Tower to Computer Pros because the fans were to loud. All I wanted done was fans to be replaced. A sales man said he would fix it by ordering new fans.in the mean time I bought another Dell tower so i could play my games while this one was being fixed, which another sales man swore up and down It worked great for what I wanted to do with it, play games. Paid 150.00 with my debit card. (plus tax)

Took it home, plugged it in, went to Mafia Wars Game and the computer froze..
Took the tower back within a few hours, no refund would be issued to me only credit. Ok, fine I will use it towards the new fans and something else... Go back home... Meantime their working on my other Tower..
Call me up 2 weeks later to pick it Tower, they replaced the Power Supply charged me 140.00 plus labor and never touched the fans, nor cleaned it, or analyzed the tower.
