They tried to sell $295.00 of microsoft tech support and I declined. They also initiated a recurring payments on to my payments. But what I am really sore about is that this software wiped out my Skype, my microftsilverlite, my microsoft secruity essentials leaving my laptop un protected, it removed all my updated stuff and more. I've asked for a refund and am still waiting.
