Microsoft must stop the unneccessary pop ups on our computer regarding to update microsoft explorer 7.0/8.0. After several annoying pop ups, I updated this software and my computer crashed. I could no longer get the internet. After several attempts with microsoft toresolve the issue, they wanted me to pay their tech support to fix this. I refused. I went to my local tech company and hem says Microsoft is known for forcing updates so that the consumers will spend more money to them. I was irate. ASfter five days of re installing the computer, I'm still having internet connection problems. I want Microsoft to may for the $400 repair cost and lost time for this unfair issue. For the rest of the consumers, do not update the internet explorer. It will cause you problems and more koney to repair your PC.
