Microsoft offers anti-virus software titled: "Microsoft Security Essentials"
We installed the "MSE" program. It became corrupted and error came up for us to REMOVE and reinstall.
We have tried for a week to REMOVE. No way to do it. Contacted MSE and filed a report and got verification... Guaranteed response in 24 hours. Nothing received, checked spam folders, everything.
Filed another report... Same thing NO RESPONSE from Microsoft. NOT EVEN A COURTEOUS "we rec'd your report"... Nothing.
1. Surprised cannot remove
2. Many online having this problem
3. NO Response found to anyone that filed a report. Thus MICROSOFT is ignoring its cutomers... People like us that trusted them so install their product.
Therefore BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE... Pass the Word... Want to mess up your security on your computer. NEVER install MICROSOFT SECURITY Products. Will lock off so you cannot remove, yet it is not functional and cannot download ANY other anti-Virus software as MICROSOFT has LOCKED ALL OUT!
