Microsoft installed Microsoft compliant ACPI controllers on all of my PCs. They also changed the bios, drivers and settings without my consent or knowledge.
All of the computers developed issues and several crashed. I went through several tech and security departments the last being Response management. Microsoft denies installing the controllers or making the modifications despite the fact that I have the update log reports showing the installations of the framework and the changes.
Microsoft refuses to remove the controllers and return my machines to the original state. They closed my case stating tech support determined the issues I have are not related to Microsoft. Tech support stated they could not connect with my machines remotely to check my files unless I was online with them, which never occurred, nor did they ever ask what error messages I had received, or do any form of troubleshooting whatsoever. So I asked the advocate how tech support was able to make the determination. They have never responded.
