How rude and very unprofessional! This company's customer service is far beyond rude and unprofessional. The person I talked to, Ralph, did not have any manners at all and should NOT be a customer representative. I was looking for some water treatment for my home - and his attitude pushed me away from the moment he opened his mouth. Wave Home Solutions just lost a BIG customer (YES, I purchased a package of $8100 from another company) because of your unprofessional employee Ralph!!! Those of you who are thinking about buying from this company, think twice. They WILL at some point be disrespectful towards you. Your call! I don't do business with unprofessional people. If I could give a ZERO rating, I would!!
