During my modification, USbank customer service had the most unprofessional employees that are there to make your modification the worst experience you will ever have, they will not return any phone calls, never know the answer to your questions, you are not able to speak to any other dept's you are forced to speak to customer service. They told me my modification was denied when i was approved, they have hung up on me, left me on hold for a long period of time, no one ever has the same answer, if there is one. Very very rude and unprofessional...
