Beyond Fitness, as a company, is extremely unprofessional with lack of customer consideration. On the occasions in which I need to speak with a customer service representative, they were very uninformative, smug and plain rude! The trainers were fairly good when service was available, but very rarely punctual. Recently, I relocated from Utah to a location where their services are not currently offered and need to break my contract... And it was the biggest hassle! It was one of the most incompetent and unprofessional business transactions I have ever completed. If anyone is considering becoming a customer of Beyond Fitness, I urge you to please reconsider!
