I've been using CVS at Marvista, CA. I was a satisfied customer, until the manager called me at night (past 8PM) complaining that I haven't picked up my prescription. I was actually waiting for CVS to call me about insurance confirmation... Which they never did, and missed the promise twice already. Not only his attitude was rude... I felt very uncomfortable receiving a call from business in such a late time. It's very unprofessional.
Went back to the pharmacy a few weeks later, I'm receiving the attitude from the same manager again. I'm thinking to move my business elsewhere...
