There is an Employee i am almost sure is a manager, he is very unprofessional, mean, sarcastic and prepotent person. I was in the store and he was yelling to all the employees and also he give attitude to the customer no matter what who it was kids and old people. Himself throw the bags in to the counter he is very unprofessional. I hope that your company do something about it. This was on 360 main st, springfield ma
