NO customer service, rude, impatient and unprofessional staff

The way i was spoken to was shocking. Whats more shocking, is some people have given good reviews about them. Customer service? If putting the phone down on me three times whilst sorting out THEIR problems, its NO customer service. Rude, impatient and unprofessional staff. I am cant believe they are still trading...
