Rude, unprofessional, unapologetic, lack of concern. Did i mention rude?!

Rude, unprofessional customer service.

Multiple calls to handle one problem. I was nice and patient... in the beginning. After three or four times of someone telling you that they "will take care of it", and nothing happens, my patience was replaced by frustration.

When customer service reps won't even give you their name, bells should have went off!

NOW, I see all the other bad reviews.

Taking my business somewhere else effective immediately!
