Batavia Kmart associates are very rude and unprofessional. Jennie the associate in layaway preceded to tell me that they never called my home to tell me to make a payment on my layaway after I received the call Thursday evening. She was very argumentative and rude.
Two days later a co worker of mine went into layaway to make a payment on her layaway that wasn't due to be picked up til January when Jennie tells her they have already returned all of her merchandise. Jennie again was very rude and unprofessional to her. Then Jennie preceded to speak badly of me and my situation to my coworker. Not only was Jennie rude, argumentative, disrespectful and unprofessional but her store manager Dave Finkel was just as rude an unprofessional.
