They called my Dad who is hard of hearing and told him it was about medicare benefits and they needed his account number. He gave they his checking account number and they took out the money. I pay his bills and went on his account the next day and asked him about it. He said he thought it was about his health net. I called the very next day and cancelled. I was told it would take 21 working days to get a refund. That was las t fri. I called and was told to wait another week if we still didn"t have the money call again. IT was also and electronic check made out to yrbenefits with a check number from years ago..
